Food, thy another name is bliss.
Seriously! If you love food as I do and relish Rajasthani cuisine, you may be fond of Dal baati and Gatte ki sabji. You can’t be a foodie if you are not fond of these delicacies.
So, while visiting Pushkar in Rajasthan , my only thought was to get soaked in the aroma of this traditional Indian dish. I wasn’t alone in my pursuit for savouring happiness. Accompanied by a friend, we went sniffing around the eateries to find the most appealing aromatic flavour.
And we finally landed at one.
Serving customers since last 30 years, this eating joint (or rather a dhaaba) is well-known for its authentic taste. A perfect place to soothe your taste buds!
You just cant miss this outlet. It’s conveniently located next to the Lord Brahma temple-the only temple in India for the Hindu mythological god.
A single thaali costs INR 280 which can easily satiate 2 persons. And, if you are greedy like us, you could club it with ker sangri and bajra roti. Never have I eaten this version of ker sangri before. Of course, you need to treat the oil in the gravy as inconspicuous.
And, the outcome after such a hearty meal is the cheerful us.
